Usage Policy

Arrivals: from 3:00 PM. Departures: until 12:00 PM

Electronic key (you’ll receive an email with your personal access PIN to the facilities so you don’t have to check in). Or if you prefer, you can do a conventional check-in (indicate this in “Special Requests” during booking).

Daily cleaning and complete linen change every 3 days.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Harpazul (smoke sensors connected to alarm central). There is a designated smoking area in the garden.

Pets are not allowed.

24-hour video surveillance of entrances, common areas and parking.

Cancellation Policy

*Flexible cancellation rate: 10% charge to guarantee the reservation. Remaining 90% charge on the day of your arrival. The 10% deposit is refundable up to 7 days before arrival.

*Non-refundable rate: 100% charge when making the reservation.
