Usage Policy

Arrivals: from 5:00 PM. Departures: until 12:00 PM

Electronic key (you will receive an email with your personal access PIN for the facilities so you don’t have to check in). Or if you prefer, you can do a conventional check-in (indicate this in “Special requests” during booking).

Daily apartment cleaning and complete linen change every 3 days.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of Harpazul (smoke sensors connected to the alarm control center). There is a designated smoking area in the garden.

Pets are not allowed.

24-hour video surveillance of entrances, common areas and parking.

Cancellation Policy

*Flexible cancellation rate: 10% charge to guarantee the reservation. Remaining 90% charge on your arrival day. The 10% deposit will be refundable up to 7 days before arrival.

*Non-refundable rate: 100% charge when making the reservation.
